There are many ways in which we attract funding for our operational costs. Some sources provide funds for larger ventures/services etc. and are tied, other sources are much smaller and are highly valued because they provide funding for our often unseen needs in order to keep us going e.g. advertising costs, or being more productive by introducing better technology.
